I had been going to another practice for about 15 years but had transferred a year and a half ago to one of their offices closer to work. I felt that practice had tried to upsell me so I switched to Dr. Koch's practice. Today, I had my new patient appointment, and I am extremely impressed with the time they spent with me, mapping out my teeth (xrays, photos, etc) and talking to me about my dental concerns. I was able to see detailed xrays as they were taking them, and they were higher, more detailed images than at my last dentist (who didn't show me anything unless I asked). My hygienist was thorough and talked me through each procedure she was doing and the technology she was using to clean my teeth. I'm a night grinder. I think I may be doing the MMA version of teeth wrestling so I brought my 1-year old night guard just to show them how active I am while asleep. Dr. Koch spent time with me showing some cracks in my molars that no other dentist in 15+ years had bothered to show me. He gave me good information, a plan to watch and prepare in the future, plus an emergency plan if/when my night guard breaks. He has a better option for my night guard solution when that happens as well

Dr Koch is the best! He patiently guided me through a multi-phase, multi-year treatment plan, all of which culminated in a great outcome. Not only did his treatment improve my dental outcomes, it also greatly increased my confidence and I couldn’t be more grateful. He also has a great front office and hygienists. Thanks Dr Koch and team!

I have used this Dental Practice for 30+ years. There is no better Dentist than Dr. Koch and his Associates. He is honest, precise in every procedure and very knowledgeable about any dental situation you may have. I love all the staff and feel like family when I walk through their door. My children have had such professional care throughout their lives and my grandchildren are now coming there too.

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Darren Koch's office. From the moment I arrived, everyone was friendly and professional. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to my dental hygienist, Barbara. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire appointment, took the time to explain everything, and checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay. It was honestly the smoothest dental appointment I've ever had. If you tend to get nervous about going to the dentist, Barbara's kindness and gentle approach will put you at ease. Thank you to Dr. Koch and the entire team for such a positive experience!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Koch and his incredible team! Finding a dentist that can seamlessly cater to both adults and children can be a challenge, but everyone here handles it with absolute perfection. From the moment you walk through the door, the front desk staff makes you feel welcome. They are organized, professional, and always willing to help with scheduling or insurance questions. The dental hygienists and assistants are phenomenal—they are patient, gentle, and have a wonderful knack for putting nervous kids (and adults!) completely at ease.
